Hey guys, so it’s nearly the big day … yay! I’m getting excited to be photographing your wedding! Please can you complete this questionnaire so that I have all the information I need to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day? Thank you 🙂

Are you having speeches before or after the wedding breakfast?(required)

'Formal' photographs usually take around an hour (30 minutes for family group shots and 30 minutes for Bride and Groom portraits), what time slot are you able to allocate for this?(required)

Where would you like to do your family formal photographs?(required)

Where would you like to do your Bride and Groom photographs (These can be done in more than one location if enough time is allocated)?

Would you like to do a confetti shot? If so please let me know what time and where(required)

Do you have a wedding co- ordinator? If so please can I have their name and telephone number(required)

Please list the names of your immediate wedding party. i.e Parents/Bridesmaids/Best man(required)

Please list the names of your other suppliers so I can mention them when I blog your wedding! (i.e, hair and make up, DJ, band, cake, flowers etc)(required)

Please list which 'formal' group shots you would like. I would recommend around 8-10 different groups, as these can become very time consuming! Also, please allocate a member of the wedding party (usually the best man) who can be responsible for gathering the people together?

I usually post a three or four 'sneaky peak' photos on my Facebook page 'Hayley Blackledge Photography' a few days after the wedding, are you happy for me to do this? (If so please make sure you have 'liked' my page so I can tag you!)(required)
