Kate & Danny – A rustic barn wedding – Bashall Barn
A bicycle made for two …..
I had such an amazing time photographing the wedding of Kate and Danny at the stunning Bashall barn in Clitheroe recently. It was such a fun day to be a part of, and I loved all of the quirky, bicycle themed details.
The day started bright and early with preparations at Ribble valley cottages. Kate and Danny were getting ready in neighbouring cottages, which meant that as well as photographing the bridal prep, I was able to grab some shots of the men getting ready too!
After a relaxed morning of preparations, we headed to Bashall barn for the ceremony. Situated in the middle of the countryside, with a working dairy farm, Bashall is the perfect rustic style venue. After an emotional ceremony it was onto canapes, confetti and couples shots around the grounds of the barn. Kate and Danny had pimped up their very own tandem bike for the occasion which looked amazing. And it didn’t take much persuasion for them to ride it down the country lane, which made for some fun photos!
After some hilarious speeches, I took Kate and Danny out for a few more photos, as we were lucky enough to get a beautiful countryside sunset. Then it was onto the evening dancing and some late night sparkler fun!
